Things have been standing still here lately,and in the next couple of weeks a complete revamp of the community and website is scheduled.

I would like people to comment on possible changes they would like to get and functions they would like to have on here.

Just a heads up to people who are annoying others with pointless comments. We don't want The Silverchair In to be grounds for viruses or spyware. This is supposed to be a community for Silverchair fans to get together and meet each other, while sharing interesting videos and sound bytes. I just wanted to clarify that becos I have just been commented on, as well as everyone else, with comments that none of us are interested in. I have let admin know and they are investigating it. SILVERCHAIR BACK IN THE STUDIO
Silverchair have been back in the studio over the last few weeks!

Daniel, Ben & Chris recently got together in a remote studio for a bit over 3 weeks to work on some new songs.

They put down a bunch of ideas & Daniel has since gone away to write and develop the songs further.

The band made a small video themselves as a little special something just for you. There are no release plans yet.

After winning a contest in 1994 with a demo silverchair has composed, they got band manager John Watson and a record deal with Murmur. Frogstomp hit huge practically everywhere.
